I'd live in a Spanish city but fuck living in some rural clay hut or shoddy bent development full of other English cunts like most ex-pats yearn for.

Also if you're gonna move abroad do it somewhere that's economy is in a better state than the UK, surely.

Load sof places to go in Spain where you wont see any Brits. Especially slighlty inland. I went to a wedding in Palencia 2 years ago. It was bliss, apart form the wedding party there were no other English people anywhere.

Love the people who go there looking for culture, yet they're going to Spain, surrounded by other Brits. Learn a language and go and live in France or Italy.

Good call, property prices are f.cked. Holiday homes are terrible investments unless you intend to live / retire there.

I didn't even know they had a zoo. I prefer places like Johnny Maracas.

I reckon you need to live there for 10 years to make it pay. I prefer to invest in England. Holiday home abroad is a waste of time and money.

I lived in Valencia for 18 months. Loved it. Love their culture. Love their food. I would never buy a property out there though.
